Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $25 Cancellation Fee.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please communicate with your Esthetician if you need to reschedule. Thank you for understanding that all of our time is valuable.
LATE POLICY
If you are 15 minutes late without any notice I reserve the right to cancel and charge 20% late fee. This is to ensure each treatment starts on time, in order to give each client the time and attention they deserve. Thank you for understanding.
